I. Initial specification

Client briefly describes the project. We discuss it if needed and Aminsoft LLC gives an approximate estimate of the cost and time required to do the work.

Client defines the task and gives the initial information for the project.

Aminsoft LLC project manager asks additional questions to clarify the work to be done.

Aminsoft LLC provides client with a preliminary project cost estimate.

II. Project planning and prototypes

At this phase we create an HTML-prototype of the project, elaborate the Functional Specification (FS) and give an exact estimate of the project cost and time.

Aminsoft LLC creates HTML-prototype and publishes it online on our server.

Aminsoft LLC elaborates Functional Specification, exact time and cost estimate.

Client takes the decision whether to develop the project with our company.


III. Development and integration

While we develop the project, we have ongoing coordination with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and to take any changes into account. We seek feedback on a regular basis and integrate this into the development process along with risk and quality management. We will send a weekly builds and reports of the progress to clients. The HTML-prototype originally shown to client is step-by-step replaced by a full-scale solution. The processes are:

1. Database Schema Design
2. GUI Design
3. Development
4. Testing
5. Implementation.

IV. Maintenance and further development

Aminsoft LLC provides the ongoing maintenance of the solution. If client needs to add new functionality to the solution developed, the work on the project starts from the first phase.
